Refund policy

1. Returns & Refunds Eligibility

You may request a return and refund under the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is provided (e.g., order confirmation email or receipt).

We reserve the right to deny refunds if the product is not returned in its original condition.

  2. We will provide you with return instructions and the return address.
  3. Ship the item back to us within 15 days of receiving return confirmation.

3. Refund Processing

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.
  • Refunds may take additional time depending on your bank or payment provider.

Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of faulty or incorrect items.


4. Non-Refundable & Exempt Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Personalized or custom-made products (unless defective).
  • Gift cards or digital products.
  • Items returned after the 30-days return window.
  • Products that are damaged due to misuse, wear & tear, or improper handling.

5. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • We will offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund, depending on the case.
  • If a return is required, we will provide a prepaid return label (for faulty or incorrect items only).

6. Exchanges

7. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure the return is received safely.
  • We are not responsible for lost or undelivered returns.
