How Long Will It Take?

We know you are excited to receive your order. Our delivery timeline is broken down into two simple stages:

1. Processing (1–3 Business Days)

  • Orders placed before 5:00 PM CST begin processing the same day.
  • This is the time it takes for us to pick, pack, and hand your items to the courier.
  • Note: We process orders Monday through Friday.

2. Transit (11–13 Business Days)

  • Once your package leaves our warehouse, this is the estimated time it takes to arrive at your doorstep.
  • Note: International customs or local carrier delays can occasionally extend this window.

Total Estimated Delivery: 12–16 Business Days


Tracking Your Order

We use reliable international couriers to ensure your package arrives safely.

  • Confirmation: You will receive an email with your Tracking Number as soon as your order ships.
  • How to Track: Use the link in your email or visit our website’s tracking portal.
  • Support: If your tracking hasn't updated after a few days, please reach out to us.

Changes & Cancellations

We process orders quickly to get them to you faster.

  • Time Window: You have 4 hours after placing an order to request a cancellation or address change.
  • After 4 Hours: Once the order enters the fulfillment stage, we cannot guarantee changes.

Important Information

  • Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping details. Elegra is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses. If a package is returned to us, reshipping fees will apply.
  • Delivery Issues: If your package is lost, delayed, or marked "delivered" but missing, please notify us within 7 days of the last tracking update so we can investigate.
